Job Description – Homeopathy Doctor

Opening Locations: Bandra & Thane

Joining Preference: Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum notice period of 15 days preferred.

Role Overview

We are looking for qualified and experienced Homeopathy Doctors to join our team at Health Total. The candidate will be responsible for conducting patient consultations, providing appropriate homeopathic treatment, counselling patients on treatment plans and supporting patient retention and clinic growth through ethical clinical practices.

Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Clinical Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed patient consultations and comprehensive case-taking.
- Assess and evaluate patient conditions based on homeopathic principles.
- Prescribe appropriate homeopathic medicines and treatment protocols within the scope of qualified practice.
- Monitor patient progress through regular follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate and updated patient medical records.
- Ensure compliance with medical ethics and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Educate patients about treatment plans, lifestyle modifications and expected outcomes.
- Address patient concerns and provide ongoing medical guidance.

2. Patient Counselling & Conversion Responsibilities

- Explain treatment programmes, duration, benefits and expected outcomes to patients.
- Counsel prospective patients regarding suitable treatment packages and clinic services.




- Help patients understand available treatment plans and programmes.
- Support consultation-to-enrolment conversions through effective and ethical counselling.
- Build trust and long-term relationships with patients to improve retention.
- Encourage treatment adherence and regular follow-ups.

3. Business Development Responsibilities

- Work towards assigned consultation-to-enrolment conversion targets.
- Support clinic revenue growth through ethical patient counselling.
- Encourage treatment renewals and continuation wherever medically appropriate.
- Participate in clinic marketing initiatives, health camps, webinars and awareness programmes.
- Generate patient referrals through quality service and relationship management.
- Coordinate with front-office and sales teams to enhance the overall patient experience.

4. Administrative Responsibilities

- Maintain consultation records and necessary documentation.
- Submit clinical and operational reports as required.
- Follow company SOPs and quality standards.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous professional development programmes.

Working Days & Timings

Tuesday to Friday 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
MondayWeekly Off

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
