About the Role

We are hiring an Interior Architect to work on commercial interior projects, including design development, space planning, technical documentation, and project execution. The candidate should be able to translate client requirements into functional and practical interior design solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Develop interior concepts based on client requirements and project specifications.
- Plan interior spaces and prepare furniture and layout drawings.
- Prepare detailed architectural and interior working drawings.
- Develop 3D models, renders, and design presentations.
- Recommend materials, finishes, and design elements.
- Work closely with clients and consultants to finalise design requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors,



suppliers, and site teams.
- Visit project sites to review execution and design implementation.
- Check drawings and site work for accuracy and quality.
- Monitor project progress and coordinate design-related activities.
- Support and guide junior team members.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- B.Arch degree.
- 4–7 years of relevant experience.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Proficiency in 3D modelling and rendering tools.
- Robust understanding of interior space planning and detailing.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and execution methods.
- Experience handling commercial interior projects is preferred.
- Good organisational, communication, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
