About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Airline Ticketing Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the Tours & Travel industry. The candidate should have hands-on experience in airline ticket booking, reservations, fare calculations, and GDS (Global Distribution System) operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing flight bookings, ticket issuance, cancellations, and customer queries.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle domestic and international airline ticket bookings, reservations, and ticket issuance.
- Work on GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre for flight search, booking, and ticketing.
- Check flight availability, fares, schedules, and applicable rules.
- Handle ticket cancellations, rescheduling, reissuance, and refunds.
- Prepare fare quotations and provide suitable flight options based on customer requirements.
- Manage PNR creation, modification, and ticketing procedures.
- Coordinate with airlines and customers regarding booking-related queries and changes.
- Ensure accuracy of passenger details, travel dates, baggage allowances, and ticket information.




- Maintain proper records of bookings, payments, cancellations, and refunds.
- Provide timely assistance and support to customers regarding their travel requirements.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in airline ticketing or the Tours & Travel industry.
- Hands-on experience with at least one GDS platform (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre).
- Knowledge of domestic and international flight bookings and ticketing procedures.
- Understanding of PNR, fare rules, ticket reissuance, cancellations, and refunds.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with practical experience in GDS operations and independent handling of domestic and international airline ticketing will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
