Arize AIOps / AgenticAI
Skill Requirements
Incident Management: First-level triage for ingestion failures, dashboard issues, pod/service outages; escalate to SMEs.
- Request Fulfilment: Support application onboarding and basic tracing/troubleshooting.
- Data & Platform Hygiene: Maintain correct trace routing, space segregation, and standard dashboards.
- Infrastructure Maintenance: Monitor EKS pods, application availability, and platform health.
- Change Management: Assist with minor config changes and upgrades.
- AIOps: Manage in-house AIOps components until SOPs/tools are matured for L2 handover.
