Role Summary

As an AI Engineer L1, you will play a vital role in developing and deploying artificial intelligence solutions that drive business value. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design data-driven models and implement automated decision-making systems. This position requires a strong foundation in data analysis and a passion for leveraging AI to solve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities





- Analyze large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights and inform AI model development.
- Design, develop, and test AI models and algorithms aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate closely with database modernization teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions.
- Participate in the full project lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Continuously monitor and optimize AI systems to enhance performance and accuracy.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and contribute innovative ideas to the team.
- Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience

- Mandatory: Strong skills in Data Analysis, with the ability to interpret complex datasets effectively.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in AI engineering, data science, or related fields.
- Proficiency in programming languages and tools commonly used in AI and data analysis (such as Python, R, SQL, or similar).
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Understanding of database systems and modernization practices is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively in a diverse, global team environment.

Azure Databricks + Python+ SQL+ CI/CD Validation & Deployment Process

- Required overall more then 5 years of experience
- 3+ years of Azure Databricks Experience
- 4+ years of working experience in Python
- 3+ Hands-on experience in working on Production Cloud Environment like Microsoft Azure
- 2+ years of solid experience designing and building Enterprise Data solutions on cloud
- Experience in Reading and Loading Files into Cloud Environment from file formats such as .csv, JSON, .txt, Avro etc.
- Microsoft Azure Platform Architecture, Azure Data Factory, SQL Expert
- Subject matter expert on Cloud technologies preferably Azure and Big Data ecosystem
- Experience with Data warehousing services on Azure
- Experience in using modern software engineering and product development tools including Agile / SAFE, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, DevOps etc.
- Solid experience of operating in a quickly changing environment and driving technological innovation to meet business requirement
- Proven track record of building relationships across cross-functional teams
- Proven excellent time management, communication, decision making, and presentation skills
