Hiring: Junior Associate / Associate – Covenant Monitoring & Operations

Qualification: B.Com / BBA; M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA/CS/CMA (Inter or pursuing) preferred.
Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor financial and non-financial covenants and compliance.
- Review transaction documents and update covenant/ISIN data on the DLT platform.
- Track credit ratings, prepare MIS reports and maintain records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Skills: MS Excel, data management, attention to detail and valuable communication.
