Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Safety Officer to ensure workplace safety, implement safety policies, and maintain compliance with statutory health and safety regulations. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential hazards, conducting safety inspections, and promoting a safe working workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements and company HSE policies.
- Implement and monitor safety procedures at construction sites and workplaces.
- Conduct safety induction and training sessions for employees, workers and contractors.
- Identify workplace risks and recommend corrective and preventive actions.




- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Investigate accidents, incidents and near-miss cases and prepare reports.
- Maintain safety documentation, inspection reports and compliance records.
- Conduct toolbox talks and emergency mock drills.
- Monitor fire safety equipment and emergency preparedness.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers and contractors regarding safety matters.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices at project sites.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
