About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Technical Trainer specializing in Java and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA), with prior experience teaching students in colleges, universities, or technical training institutes.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent teaching abilities, and the confidence to conduct classroom-based training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom-based training sessions on Java Programming and DSA.
- Teach Core Java, OOPs, Exception Handling, Collections, and Multithreading.
- Explain DSA concepts, including Arrays, Strings, Linked Lists, Stacks, Queues, Trees, Graphs, Sorting, and Searching.
- Provide practical coding exercises, assignments, and real-world programming examples.
- Develop students' logical thinking, problem-solving, and coding abilities.
- Conduct coding tests, assessments, mock interviews, and practical evaluations.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, study materials, and training schedules.
- Monitor student performance and provide individual mentoring.
- Support students in preparing for technical interviews and placement opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of relevant experience as a Java & DSA Technical Trainer or Faculty Member.
- Robust knowledge of Core Java and Data Structures & Algorithms.
- Previous experience teaching students in colleges, universities, or technical institutes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Hands-on experience with coding exercises and programming assessments.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience as Java Faculty, Technical Trainer, or DSA Instructor.
- Candidates who have independently handled classroom training sessions.
- Candidates comfortable teaching college-level students.
- Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
