Job Summary

XTRANS LOGISTICS PVT. LTD. is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our NVOCC and Freight Forwarding team. We welcome freshers who are interested in building a career in logistics, as well as candidates with a minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably from a logistics or freight forwarding background.

Candidates should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in business development and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in NVOCC and freight forwarding.
- Generate potential leads through cold calling, emails, networking, and market research.
- Connect with importers, exporters, shippers, and freight forwarders to generate business.
- Understand customer requirements and promote the company's logistics services.
- Prepare and share quotations and proposals with prospective clients.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Coordinate with internal operations and customer service teams for smooth shipment execution.
- Maintain customer and prospect databases and update sales activities regularly.




- Work towards achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Key Requirements

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of sales experience will be preferred.
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, or NVOCC will be an added advantage.
- Candidates from other sales backgrounds who are willing to learn the logistics industry can also apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
