Experience: 3–4 years in EDM operations

Candidates from Kochi are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate EDM machines for precision machining and tooling applications.
- Set up machines, select appropriate tools, and prepare workpieces.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Perform machining operations as per required dimensions and tolerances.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth operation.
- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments.
- Maintain dimensional accuracy and quality standards.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and report technical issues.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean working area.

Requirements





- 3–4 years of relevant experience in EDM machine operations.
- Practical knowledge of EDM machining processes.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of precision measuring instruments.
- Good understanding of machining tolerances and quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and meet production targets.

Preferred Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical qualification.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
