We are hiring a result-oriented Team Leader for our CFD Trading Platform to manage, mentor, and drive a remote team of sales executives. Only candidates with experience in Stock Market Sales can apply. This is a strictly target-based role focused on maximizing account activations and team revenue through our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales executives handling CFDs, Equities, and Forex.
- Drive Performance: Own team revenue targets, conversion rates, and client acquisition metrics.
- Client Advisory: Offer ongoing advice and maintain key client relationships for long-term financial growth.
- Training & Onboarding: Train current BDEs (including the batch joining post-Diwali) on scripts and CRM systems.
- Reporting: Monitor daily dial targets, talk time, and provide pipelines to upper management.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Experience: 3–5 years of sales experience in a Stock Market, Broking, Forex,



or Algo Trading firm (with prior leadership experience).
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of CFDs, Equities, Forex, and trading terminology.
- WFH Infrastructure: Laptop/PC (Min 8GB RAM), stable broadband (Min 100 Mbps), and a noise-cancelling headset.

What We Offer

- Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month (or as per budget)
- Uncapped team performance incentives based on account activations.
- Complete lead data provided by the company.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
