Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall branch operations, including Sales, Service, Installation & Maintenance.
- Drive business growth and achieve branch revenue and sales targets.
- Lead and manage sales, service, and technical teams.
- Develop business relationships with Builders, Architects, Consultants & Developers.
- Handle key accounts, business negotiations, and customer relationship management.
- Monitor project execution, installation, and service operations.
- Ensure timely payment collections and branch profitability.
- Prepare business plans, sales forecasts, and performance reports.
MANDATORY SKILLS:
10+ Years of relevant experience in the Elevator / Lift Industry.
Solid Branch Management & Business Development experience.
Elevator Sales & Service Operations.
Installation & Maintenance Operations.
Team Leadership & People Management.
Revenue Growth & Sales Target Achievement.
Key Account Management & Client Relationship Management.
