About the Role

QA Engineer - Required Qualifications

- 3+ years in software quality engineering, with at least 2 years of hands-on test automation for web applications
- Solid end-to-end automation with Playwright (preferred), Cypress or Selenium, using TypeScript or JavaScript
- Strong API testing: Postman or similar, plus automated API tests, with a clear understanding of REST, status codes, auth and JSON
- A good understanding of SQL to set up test data and verify what is actually stored in the database
- Experience running tests in CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions, and working with Git and Docker
- Solid test design: equivalence classes, boundary values, state transitions and risk-based prioritisation
- Experience testing SaaS products with roles and permissions, and ideally multi-tenant data isolation
- Mobile web and cross-browser testing on real devices
- Daily use of AI tools to design, generate and review tests, and the judgement to tell when an AI-written test proves nothing
- Strong documentation discipline: test plans, test cases, traceability, execution reports and clear bug reports with steps, evidence and impact, kept current in a tool such as TestRail, Qase, Zephyr

Product Manager - Required Qualifications

- 4+ years in product management, with at least 2 years owning a B2B SaaS product end to end, ideally at a startup
- A track record of taking a product from early stage to real customers and revenue
- Strong customer discovery skills: interviews, field observation, problem framing, hypothesis testing,



and the judgement to tell whether a customer need should become a platform feature
- Excellent written specs: PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows and edge cases
- Technical fluency: you understand web applications, REST APIs, databases, integrations and cloud basics well enough to hold your own in system design discussions with engineers
- A clear grasp of multi-tenant SaaS concepts: roles and permissions, plans, trials, usage limits and onboarding
- Solid data skills: a very good understanding of SQL to answer your own questions, use product analytics tools such as PostHog or Mixpanel, define KPIs and run experiments
- A solid grasp of AI: what LLMs can and cannot do, where AI genuinely adds value, how to define success and evaluate output quality, and the cost and latency trade-offs
- Proven feature and release planning with a small Agile team: versioned roadmaps, release scope, timelines and rollouts, using Jira, Linear, GitHub Projects or similar
- Daily use of AI tools for research, analysis and prototyping, plus wireframing in Figma or similar
- Clear communication with both technical teams and non-technical business owners

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
