Job Description:
SGC is hiring a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to manage paid campaigns and generate quality admission leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Drive quality leads and optimize CPL, CPA, and ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance and conversion rates.
- Manage GA4, GTM, tracking, and campaign reporting.
- Optimize advertising budgets and lead conversion.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and lead generation.
- Knowledge of GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.
- Education or healthcare marketing experience preferred.
