About the Role
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage day-to-day order fulfilment, returns, and claim processing across our online store and marketplace channels. You will be responsible for ensuring orders are processed accurately, dispatched on time, and customer return claims are resolved without revenue leakage.
