Job Description: Senior Product Engineer – Architect Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on Senior Product Engineer with strong system design and architecture skills to build scalable, secure, and high-performance products. The ideal candidate is a technology-agnostic engineer with expertise in Golang and/or Rust, strong cloud knowledge, and the ability to solve complex engineering problems with simple, reliable solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design and build scalable, reliable, and secure applications for high-traffic environments. • Own the complete development lifecycle, from design and coding to deployment and production support. • Make sound architecture and technology decisions based on product needs. • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while following engineering best practices. • Take end-to-end ownership of services, including performance, reliability, and security. • Identify and resolve complex technical issues and improve system performance. • Work closely with product and engineering teams to deliver quality solutions. • Guide engineers on system design, code quality, and technical decisions.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7–12 years of software engineering experience, with strong hands-on development and system design skills.

- Strong proficiency in Golang and/or Rust, with the ability to learn and work across different technologies.





- Good understanding of distributed systems, microservices, concurrency, and scalable architectures.

- Experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, CI/CD, and Git.

- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.

- Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Google Cloud Pub/Sub.

- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, backend development, performance optimization, and application security.

- Working knowledge of up-to-date frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue, along with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

•Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to make practical technical decisions. Good to Have

- Experience building AI-powered applications using LLMs, generative AI, or AI APIs.

- Familiarity with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and AI integration patterns. • Experience with BigQuery, infrastructure as code, or observability tools. • Contributions to open-source projects or experience with high-scale product engineering. Education UG: B. Tech / B.E. – Computers OR PG: MCA / M. Tech

Pay: ₹2,640,484.59 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
