Position - Relationship manager - Digital Acquisition team CXO

Key Responsibilities

- Client Acquisition

: Identify and onboard new high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), affluent investors, or corporate clients through market networking and referrals.

- Portfolio Advisory

: Advise clients on capital market investments, including equities, derivatives, mutual funds, bonds/NCDs, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and structured products.

- Relationship Deepening

: Conduct regular portfolio reviews, share market insights, and cross-sell financial products to expand wallet share from existing accounts.

- Trade & Service Coordination

: Assist clients with order execution queries, account setup, and issue resolution in coordination with internal research and operations teams.

- Compliance & Reporting

: Ensure all client interactions and transactions adhere to regulatory guidelines set by market bodies like SEBI and internal compliance protocols.

Essential Skills

- Market Knowledge

: Deep understanding of stock market trends, technical/fundamental analysis, and risk-return profiles.





- Communication & Interpersonal Skills

: Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex market movements and investment strategies in straightforward terms.

- Sales & Target Orientation

: Track record of achieving AUM acquisition targets and revenue goals for HNI and CXO profile clientele.

- Analytical & CRM Tools

: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms (such as Leadsquared)

Required Qualifications & Certifications

- Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is often preferred).

- Certifications:

Mandatory regulatory certifications such as

NISM Series XXV-A and

NISM Series V-A (Mutual Funds)

in India.

- Experience:

3+ years of proven experience in stock broking, equity sales, or wealth management with HNI clients(Virtual/Branch).

- Language Proficiency

:

Trilingual fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is highly preferred.
