Job Overview

Dr. Aravind’s IVF Fertility and Pregnancy Centre is inviting applications from qualified and registered nursing professionals for its Konanakunte location.

The position involves providing nursing support, assisting medical professionals, monitoring patient conditions, maintaining clinical documentation, and coordinating with the healthcare team to ensure smooth patient-care activities.

Candidates with at least one year of relevant experience, valid nursing registration, and positive patient-care skills are encouraged to apply. Previous hospital experience will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide nursing care and assistance to patients according to established clinical protocols.
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and general health conditions.
- Assist doctors during consultations, examinations, and medical procedures.
- Administer prescribed medications and injections in accordance with medical instructions.
- Prepare patients for clinical procedures and provide appropriate post-procedure care.
- Maintain accurate nursing notes, patient records,



and clinical documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
- Observe patients and promptly report any changes in their health conditions to the concerned doctor.
- Follow infection-control procedures, hygiene standards, and patient-safety guidelines.
- Assist with patient appointments, follow-ups, and routine nursing activities.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling patient information and medical records.

Candidate Eligibility
- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing qualification from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the applicable State Nursing Council is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience.
- Previous hospital experience is preferred.
- Good clinical knowledge and patient-care skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
- Familiarity with nursing documentation and standard clinical procedures.
- Responsible approach towards patient care and assigned duties.
- Candidates must be available for immediate joining.
