Role & responsibilities
*Lead Micro LAP business in the states comprising of 4-5 districts.
- To Lead the Area sales manager and sales managers for sales and collection and ensure sales targets are achieved
- Implemented strategies for DSA/Connector tie up & open marked activities.
- Train teams on sales technique, product and policies.
- Co-ordinate with credit and operations for files processing and ensure disbursement.
Location - Varanasi, Muzaffarpur, Patna, Chapra.
