In addition to its established online presence, NATIVE SWEET HOUSE is expanding rapidly in the retail space with 14+ physical stores and plans for further growth.

Role Description The Regional Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai/Bangalore, responsible for overseeing the performance and operations of multiple NATIVE SWEET HOUSE stores within the assigned region. This role involves planning and executing sales and growth strategies, monitoring store performance against targets, and ensuring high standards of customer service and product quality.

The Regional

Manager will lead and coach store teams, manage staffing and training needs, and implement standard operating procedures consistently across locations. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing sales and inventory reports,



coordinating with supply chain and production teams, resolving operational issues, and supporting new store openings or expansions. The role also focuses on local marketing initiatives, building community relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regional regulations.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in multi-store retail or regional operations management, preferably in food, FMCG, or hospitality.
- Strong skills in sales planning, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams, with hands-on experience in staffing, coaching, and conflict resolution.
- Competence in inventory management, store process optimization, and operational problem-solving.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments with evolving processes and priorities.
- Working knowledge of basic business tools (e.g., Excel, POS systems, reporting dashboards).
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Tamil or other regional languages is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region and be present in stores as needed.
