OF IT MANAGER

- Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all current IT systems, including New Software Applications, PCs, operating systems, databases and peripherals.

- Conducting Training for Employees,Franchisees as well as Customers.

- Communicate regularly with executive management and all users of information services and systems.

- Implement all IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision.

- Testing and Implementation new technology.

- Manage and develop IT staff, including, training, evaluation, guidance, discipline.

- Talking staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.





- Keep current with the latest technologies and determine what new technology solutions and implementations will meet business and system requirements.

- Acknowledge and reply all mails.

- Daily Monitoring and Maintaining computer systems and networks, Database and anti virus.

- Mysql Database and query knowledge.

- Rapidly establishing a valuable working relationship with staff, Franchisee as well as customers.

- Builds and maintains vendor relationships and manages the purchase of hardware and software products.

- Ensures that company assets are maintained responsibly.

- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system

- Provide orientation to new users of existing technology

- Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources.

- Make recommendations about purchase of technology resources
