Role Description The Regional Manager – Construction Operations will oversee and coordinate construction manpower deployment and site operations across the Gujarat region. This full-time, in office role involves managing multiple projects, aligning workforce supply with client needs, and ensuring operational efficiency and safety compliance at all sites.
The Regional
Manager will collaborate with project managers and client stakeholders, monitor project progress, resolve operational challenges, and support contract execution. Daily responsibilities include planning resource allocation, tracking budgets and timelines, optimizing processes, and reporting performance metrics to senior leadership. The role also includes mentoring local teams, fostering strong client relationships, and contributing to continuous improvement of construction operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end regional/site operations, from project initiation and mobilization to final closure and NOC.
- Drive large-scale manpower mobilization and deployment in coordination with sourcing and recruitment teams.
- Manage client relationships, operational reviews, escalations and SLA adherence.
- Oversee site-wise billing, invoicing, collections and reconciliation.
- Ensure timely payroll inputs and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, Labour Licences, etc.).
- Lead and develop regional operations teams and site-level resources.
- Monitor operational MIS, manpower productivity, attendance, attrition and profitability.
- Drive cost optimization, operational efficiency and improved regional margins.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10–15 years of experience in Operations / Manpower Staffing / Contract Workforce Management.
- Strong experience in handling multi-location projects and large workforce deployments.
- Expertise in client management, billing, compliance and operational P&L.;
- Excellent leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Construction / Infrastructure / Industrial projects preferred.
