Role Description The Regional Language Video Creator is a full-time remote role responsible for producing engaging video content in targeted regional languages to support recruitment, employer branding, and candidate engagement initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include planning video concepts, scripting and storyboarding, filming or assembling multimedia assets, and editing videos for digital channels such as social media, messaging platforms, and employer presentations. The role involves collaborating with recruitment and marketing teams to understand audience needs, adapting content for different regions and platforms, and maintaining consistent visual and messaging standards.

Creator will also optimize video formats, incorporate feedback from stakeholders, and manage a basic content calendar to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Multimedia, including planning, shooting, and assembling visual and audio assets.

- Candidates should possess skills in Video Editing and Video Post-Production, including cutting, color correction, sound adjustment, and format optimization.

- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics, including creating simple animations, titles, and graphic elements to enhance video content.

- Solid command of at least one or more Indian regional languages (e.g., Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi) and good proficiency in English for coordination and documentation.

- Experience creating short-form content for social media and mobile-first platforms, with an understanding of audience engagement in recruitment or marketing contexts.

- Access to and competency with common video creation tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent) and basic audio recording equipment.

- Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across time zones.

- Prior experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or content creation for staffing or workforce sourcing is an advantage.
