Recruitment Executive / Talent Acquisition Executive

Location: Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai

Experience: 3–5 Years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruitment Executive to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities across various job profiles.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Understand hiring requirements from internal stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand job descriptions, candidate expectations, salary budgets and hiring timelines.
- Shortlist suitable candidates and conduct initial screening and evaluation.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle until successful onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers,



candidate databases and daily hiring reports.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
- Valuable working knowledge of Naukri, Indeed and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Ability to understand hiring requirements and work on multiple positions simultaneously.
- Good negotiation and candidate management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking.

- Candidates residing in or around Marol, Andheri East, Sakinaka, Chakala and nearby locations will be preferred.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
- Only immediate joiners with 3–5 years of relevant recruitment experience should apply.
