Recruitment Team Manager

Role Summary

We are looking for a agile Recruitment Team Manager to lead, mentor, and drive the performance of our recruitment team. In this role, you will ensure high-quality talent delivery, optimize our workflows, manage internal team growth, and step in to handle critical, niche hires when needed.

Key Responsibilities

- Performance &
- Quality Control: Drive overall team performance to ensure the delivery of high-quality, pre-screened CVs that precisely match (JD) requirements.
- Call Quality &
- Feedback: Audit daily recruiter call records against active JDs to provide actionable feedback, coaching, and course corrections.
- ATS &
- Data Hygiene: Enforce strict Applicant Tracking System (ATS) compliance, ensuring real-time updates for CV submissions, interview schedules, and hiring stages.
- Internal Team Growth: Own the recruiter hiring pipeline, actively sourcing, interviewing,



and onboarding new recruiters to scale the team as business needs grow.
- Critical &
- Niche Hiring: Personally execute and lead critical hiring assignments on a case-by-case basis for high-priority or specialized roles.
- Team Operations &
- Administration: Oversee daily attendance, manage leave requests, and proactively address recruiter performance or pipeline bottlenecks.
- Reporting &
- Analytics: Own the delivery of accurate daily and weekly recruitment metrics and reports to track team productivity and pipeline health.
- Training &
- Development: Identify individual skill gaps and design or schedule targeted training sessions to continuously upskill the team.
- Agile Support: Undertake other operational tasks and projects as assigned by management from time to time to support business growth.
