We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month contract, supporting hiring requirements across the Israel region. The Sourcer will be responsible for building high-quality talent pipelines, identifying and engaging passive candidates, conducting market mapping, and partnering closely with Recruiters and hiring stakeholders to meet critical hiring priorities. Given the contractual nature of the role, we are looking for someone who can quickly understand business requirements, navigate the Israel talent market, and deliver strong sourcing outcomes from the outset.

Experience sourcing for Sales and Commercial roles, including enterprise sales, account management, business development, customer success, and related go-to-market (GTM) functions, will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop talent pipelines for Sales, Commercial, and Go-to-Market (GTM) functions, including Enterprise Account Executives, Account Managers, Business Development Representatives, Customer Success professionals, Sales Specialists, and Sales Leadership roles.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- 2-5 years of experience in Talent Sourcing, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Research, or a related role.
- Prior experience sourcing candidates within the US/Israel market is strongly preferred.




- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
- Demonstrated expertise in Boolean search, talent mapping, candidate research, and passive candidate engagement.
- Experience sourcing for Sales, Commercial, or Go-to-Market (GTM) roles, with an understanding of key talent pools, competitor landscapes, and market-mapping approaches for sales hiring.
- Ability to independently manage multiple sourcing requirements and prioritize based on business needs.
- Robust communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, target and metrics-driven Talent Acquisition environment.
- Experience working with ATS/CRM platforms and maintaining accurate sourcing data.
- Ability to commit to the full 6-month contractual engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience sourcing for technology, engineering, cybersecurity, product, digital, sales, customer success, and other specialized or niche skill sets.
- Good understanding of the Israel talent landscape and relevant talent pools.
- Previous experience supporting regional or global Talent Acquisition teams.
- Experience supporting hiring across Commercial Solutions, Enterprise Sales, Digital Sales, or other customer-facing organizations is preferred.
- Hebrew language proficiency would be an advantage, particularly for local candidate engagement.
- Strong English communication skills.
