Role & responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and frontline positions. Source candidates through referrals, and local hiring channels. Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidates with min 1 year of experience in blue-collar or frontline recruitment, preferably from FMCG, Quick Commerce, E-commerce industries. Must have hands-on experience in bulk hiring, candidate sourcing, screening and end-to-end recruitment for delivery riders, pickers, packers, warehouse staff and store-level employees.
