Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role based in Kozhikode. The Receptionist will handle front desk operations, including greeting guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and responding to inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email. Daily tasks include maintaining guest records, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, and ensuring the reception area is orderly and presentable.

The role also involves managing reservations, handling payments, and providing clear information about hotel services, local attractions, and policies. The Receptionist is expected to deliver consistent,



courteous customer service and support smooth hotel operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills to manage front desk operations and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Candidates should possess professional Phone Etiquette to handle calls, inquiries, and reservations in a courteous and organized manner.
- Ability to use basic computer applications and hotel management or reservation systems.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in hospitality, front office, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English and local languages, and a polite, professional demeanor when dealing with guests.
