Job Description

Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Project Manager (IT & Operations) with 5+ years of experience to oversee, streamline, and drive our IT infrastructure, service delivery, and operational workflows.

This role requires 100% fluent verbal and written English communication as you will be directly coordinating with US-based stakeholders, clients, and technical teams. This is a full-time, US Night Shift position working out of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Ownership & Delivery: End-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of IT infrastructure, system deployment, and operational projects.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, standardize operational workflows, enforce SLAs, and ensure compliance across all technical and service deliverables.
- Stakeholder & Client Communication: Lead daily standups,



status calls, and strategic reviews with US teams, ensuring clear alignment and prompt resolution of issues.
- Resource & Team Coordination: Supervise, assign tasks, and track performance metrics across technical engineers, operational leads, and support staff.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks, troubleshoot operational delays, and implement escalation matrix paths to keep projects on schedule.
- Quality Assurance & Reporting: Audit project metrics, operational logs, and documentation to maintain high service quality standard.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
