Hiring: Tender Executive – GeM, UK Government & Private Tenders

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Tender Executive who can independently search, prepare, fill and submit GeM, Uttarakhand Government and Private Tenders.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify relevant tenders on the GeM Portal, Uttarakhand Government tender portals and private tender platforms.
- Read and understand tender documents, eligibility criteria, terms and conditions.
- Prepare and submit technical and financial bids within the specified deadlines.
- Complete online tender filling and upload all required documents.
- Prepare and maintain tender-related documents, including EMD, Bank Guarantees, experience certificates, turnover documents and other compliance documents, wherever applicable.
- Monitor tender notices, corrigendums, bid status, results and opening dates.
- Coordinate with the Accounts and Management teams for financial and technical documents.
- Maintain tender records and prepare Excel reports for submitted,



pending and upcoming tenders.
- Handle tender-related documentation for security services, manpower supply, housekeeping and other service contracts.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant tendering experience preferred.
- Practical knowledge of GeM, Uttarakhand Government and Private Tender Portals.
- Experience in independently filling and submitting online tenders.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, PDF documentation and email.
- Knowledge of EMD, eligibility criteria, technical bids and financial bids.
- Good coordination skills and the ability to meet tender deadlines.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with experience in security services, manpower supply, housekeeping or other service-sector tenders will be preferred.
