Housekeeping (HK) Supervisor for royal stays group of hotel

Industry: Hospitality / Hotel IndustryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee our housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will manage the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction, while demonstrating an excellent understanding of the unique seasonal dynamics of the Mussoorie and Dehradun hospitality market.Core

Responsibilities

- Team Supervision: Supervise, train, and motivate room attendants, house attendants, and laundry staff.
- Daily Inspections: Inspect guest rooms, corridors, lobby, and public areas daily to ensure strict compliance with luxury hospitality standards.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and manage stocks of linen, uniforms, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities.
- Task Allocation: Assign daily shift duties, deep cleaning schedules, and periodic maintenance tasks.
- Guest Relations: Address and promptly resolve guest complaints or special requests regarding room cleanliness and amenities.
- Coordination:



Work closely with the Front Office and Maintenance/Engineering departments to ensure quick room turnaround times.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Housekeeping Desk Coordinator, Senior Room Attendant, or Supervisor in a 3-star, 4-star, or boutique resort environment.
- Location Preference: Locals or current residents of Mussoorie, Dehradun, Vikasnagar, Rishikesh, or nearby towns who do not require immediate relocation assistance or can commute easily.
- Skills: Robust leadership abilities, eye for detail, knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment, and basic computer skills (PMS software like Opera/IDS).
- Communication: Good conversational English and fluent Hindi to effectively communicate with both international/domestic guests and ground staff.
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management/Hospitality Operations is preferred but not mandatory if execution skills are exceptional.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
