- Job Title: Junior BDE – US Staffing

- Work Mode: On site

- Shift: Night Shift – US Shift (7:00 PM to 4:30 AM)

- Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year

Key Responsibilities

- Find current clients through LinkedIn, emails & calls

- Communicate with US-based vendors and clients

- Understand client job requirements

- Coordinate requirements with the recruitment team

- Assist in sending suitable candidates to clients

- Follow up for interviews and feedback

- Maintain daily work reports

- Work towards business targets

What We're Looking For

- Good English communication skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Office & LinkedIn
- Interest in Sales & Business Development
- Willingness to work in US night shifts
- Positive attitude & willingness to learn
