Location: Sholinganallur, Chennai

Experience: 3–4 years of relevant professional Graphic Designing experience.

Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design attractive brochures, flyers, banners, hoardings and project profiles for real estate projects.

- Create engaging social media creatives, digital advertisements and promotional campaigns.

- Develop innovative marketing designs for property launches and project promotions.

- Design company presentations, branding materials and corporate creatives.

- Create visually appealing content to strengthen the company's brand identity.

- Coordinate with Digital Marketing and Sales teams to execute marketing campaigns.

- Ensure creativity, design quality, brand consistency and timely delivery.

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW.

- Strong understanding of branding, brand identity, logo design, brand guidelines, and visual consistency across digital and print platforms.

- Basic knowledge of CorelDRAW, Canva, and Adobe InDesign.

- Good understanding of colour theory, typography, and layout design.

- Ability to create social media creatives, banners, posters, brochures, and marketing materials.

- Working knowledge of Canva and other creative design tools.

- Ability to understand creative briefs and convert ideas into attractive designs.

- Good attention to detail and creativity.

- Excellent creativity, visualisation, colour combinations and typography skills.

- Understanding of digital marketing creatives and print production requirements.

- Good communication,



coordination and time-management skills.

- Ability to handle multiple assignments independently and meet deadlines.

MANDATORY SCREENING REQUIREMENTS

- Submission of a portfolio / previous design samples is mandatory.

- Must demonstrate practical experience in designing real estate brochures, property advertisements, project profiles and social media creatives.

- Candidates should be able to explain their role and contribution to the designs submitted.
