Job Title: Performance Marketer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have experience in paid advertising, lead generation, campaign management, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.

* Manage paid advertising campaigns to generate quality leads.

* Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to achieve better results.

* Analyze marketing data, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.

* Develop strategies to improve brand awareness and customer acquisition.

* Conduct audience research and competitor analysis.

* Prepare regular performance reports and share campaign insights.





* Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

* 1–3 years of experience in digital or performance marketing (freshers with relevant skills may also apply).

* Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO.

* Robust analytical and communication skills.

* Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
