Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production and Merchandising Coordinator to oversee and enhance our production processes and merchandising strategies.

Key Responsibilities

● Production Coordination:

○ Coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to production schedules.

○ Work closely with the production team to implement and monitor quality control standards and share data with the sales team, and the clients as and when required.

○ Assist in the development and implementation of production tracking and quality control systems.

○ Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

● Merchandising Coordination:

○ Collaborate with the design and sales teams to ensure product offerings align with market trends and customer expectations.

○ Coordinate the launch of new products, including timelines, merchandising strategies, and marketing materials.

○ Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability aligns with sales forecasts and production capabilities.

● MIS Management:

○ Develop and maintain a robust MIS to streamline production and merchandising processes.

○ Generate regular reports on production metrics, sales trends, and inventory levels.

○ Utilize MIS data to inform decision-making and project planning.

● Project Management:





○ Lead cross-functional projects to improve production efficiency and product quality.

○ Manage timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

○ Communicate project statuses, potential risks, and outcomes to senior management.

● Stakeholder Communication:

○ Serve as a key liaison among production, design, sales, and external suppliers.

○ Work on client presentations. Adobe Photoshop knowledge will be an added advantage.

○ Ensure effective communication and coordination between all stakeholders involved in the production and merchandising processes.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Merchandising, or a related field.

● 2-5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the furniture or related industry.

● Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

● Proficiency in MIS tools, Execl (a must!) and software, with the ability to analyze and interpret numbers and data.

● Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

● Knowledge of quality control, inventory management, and merchandising practices.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
