Job Title: Research Analyst (Customised Research only)

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare customized research reports as per client requirements and expectations
- Independent handling of client engagement from execution i.e. primary research, secondary research, client presentations, etc.,
- Participate in pre- and post-sales client calls to explain research deliverables in coordination with business development representatives.
- Identify industry opportunities and support research/sales teams in achieving targets.
- Integrate innovative working patterns to enhance product quality
- Manage request intake: participate in scoping calls, clarify requirements, and prepare detailed project scope documents.
- Perform industry and company analysis:
- Go to Market Strategies, Distribution Strategies, Exploration of New Markets, etc.
- Map the competitors entire value chain of stakeholders across target markets, their alignment and roles in detail
- Industry value chain, market size, growth outlook, drivers/inhibitors, competitive landscape, Porter’s Five Forces,



PESTLE.
- Financial analysis: income statement, balance sheet, cash flows, ratios, segment performance.
- Build statistical models (regression, time series) for forecasting using MS Excel [Good to have only]

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate/Post Graduate
- Robust numerical, analytical, and strategic thinking skills with sound business acumen of global market events.
- Understanding of basic finance fundamentals (income statement, balance sheet, cash flows, ratios).
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with solution oriented approach
- Ability to create professional, client-ready PowerPoint presentations and Excel models.
- Flexible to adapt to varied projects, and extended working hours, completely as per client’s requirements
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for client engagements.
- Ability to engage stakeholders with intelligent, content-rich conversations that establish sector specialization.

Pay: ₹222,000.00 - ₹610,000.00 per year
