- Machine Setup: Install and align tools, fixtures, chucks, and raw workpieces into computer-aided
- Program Loading & Editing: Load, verify, or minorly edit pre-written G-code and CAD/CAM software instructions for milling, drilling, or turning tasks.
- Production Monitoring: Watch machines during operation to detect tool wear, unusual vibrations, or program errors.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using precision tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify they match blueprints.
- Routine Maintenance: Clean machines, add lubricants, check fluid levels, and replace worn cutting inserts or parts.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
