– Real Estate Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to generate leads, connect with prospective buyers, arrange property site visits, and convert enquiries into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities

1. Generate leads through calling, online portals, references and other sources.
2. Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with potential customers.
3. Understand clients’ property requirements, budgets and preferences.
4. Share suitable property options and project details with clients.
5. Schedule and coordinate property site visits.
6. Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
7. Negotiate and assist clients throughout the booking process.
8. Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
9. Maintain daily Sales Reports (DSR) and update lead status in the CRM.

Coordinate with the internal sales team and management for successful closures.

- Achievement of monthly sales targets.
- Timely acknowledgement of management communications.

Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
