Job Overview

We are hiring enthusiastic and result-oriented Outbound Voice Sales Executives for our Real Estate Sales Process. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in BPO voice sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage potential customers through outbound calls and convert leads into successful sales opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Undergraduate / Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in any BPO Voice Sales process.
- Communication Skills: Good verbal communication and professional telephone etiquette.
- Voice Assessment: Minimum Versant / VETI Score of 4/5.
- Industry Knowledge: Basic working knowledge of the real estate sector.
- Sales Skills: Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate offerings.
- Deliver confident and effective sales pitches.




- Build rapport with customers and maintain professional communication.
- Handle customer objections and follow up with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate customer information and call records.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain quality standards and follow the prescribed sales process.

Salary & Perks
- Monthly CTC: 33,000
- Monthly In-Hand Salary: 27,000
- Day shift only.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with prior outbound voice sales experience.
- Candidates having real estate sales exposure will be preferred.
- Confident, target-oriented, and persuasive communicators.
- Comfortable working in a 6-day working schedule.
- Candidates who can join at the Malad, Aspee House, Mumbai location.
