R&D; Manager / Engineering Manager

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced R&D; Manager to lead the engineering organization responsible for existing enterprise products and new product/technology initiatives. You will lead technical managers and teams across software development, architecture, and quality engineering, balancing customer commitments, product enhancements, modernization, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate product and business priorities into executable engineering plans with transparent scope, staffing, timelines, and delivery commitments.

- Ensure reliable delivery of secure,



scalable enterprise software through sound architecture, code quality, testing, CI/CD, and release practices.

- Evaluate and guide the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI/ML and Data Analytics, to add practical capabilities to products.

- Hire, develop, and retain strong engineering talent, resolving technical, delivery, and resource risks.

Required Qualifications:

- 8 years of software product development experience, including leading multiple engineering teams.

- Strong understanding of enterprise software architecture, Java, Spring/Spring Boot, Angular/React, microservices, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.

- Understanding of AI/ML and Data Analytics technologies.

- Experience in a product-based software company is strongly preferred.
