RCM Trainer US Healthcare (Physician Billing)

Location: Coimbatore

Experience: 6+ Years

Job Requirements:

- 6+ years of experience in US Healthcare Physician Billing
- Solid knowledge of End-to-End Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Core AR experience mandatory
- Minimum 1 year experience in training Freshers & Laterals
- Good communication and presentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver RCM process training (AR, Denials, Appeals, Payment Posting)
- Conduct classroom and on-floor training sessions
- Monitor trainee performance and provide mentoring support
