About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Medical Billing.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, driving operational performance, leading teams and ensuring that business objectives, productivity targets, quality standards and client expectations are consistently achieved.

This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, client management skills and the ability to drive continuous improvement across RCM processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage day-to-day US Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing operations.
- Lead, mentor and manage Team Leaders, Supervisors and operational teams.
- Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, quality, collections and turnaround time.
- Ensure achievement of client SLAs, operational targets and business objectives.
- Identify operational challenges, bottlenecks and performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Drive process improvements to enhance productivity, accuracy and overall operational efficiency.
- Manage client escalations and maintain strong professional relationships with US clients.
- Coordinate with Quality, Training, HR and other internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance to team leaders and employees.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve process performance.
- Prepare and present regular MIS reports, performance dashboards and operational updates to senior management.




- Ensure adherence to company policies, client-specific requirements, HIPAA guidelines and compliance standards.
- Support workforce planning, resource allocation and capacity management.
- Take ownership of operational deliverables and ensure timely resolution of business challenges.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 7+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing.
- Proven experience managing teams and handling end-to-end RCM operations.
- Strong understanding of US healthcare revenue cycle workflows.
- Experience in AR Management, Denial Management, Payment Posting, Charge Entry or other relevant RCM functions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage operational KPIs, SLAs and client deliverables.
- Strong leadership, people management and decision-making skills.
- Experience in client communication, escalation management and performance reviews.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in the US shift.
