Role Description The RCI Licensed Clinical Psychologist Instructor will provide remote instructional and supervisory guidance in clinical psychology and counselling practices on a contract basis. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting online teaching sessions, supervising trainees in assessment and intervention, and overseeing the ethical use of psychological tests and tools. The role involves developing and reviewing training materials, providing case-based discussions,



and ensuring that clinical practices align with current evidence-based guidelines.

The instructor will collaborate with the Etthos team to maintain high standards of care, participate in periodic meetings, and contribute to continuous improvement of training programs and clinical protocols.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Psychology and Counseling Psychology, with the ability to apply theory to practical training and supervision.
- Competence in Psychological Testing, including selection, administration, scoring, and interpretation of standardized assessments.
- Extensive experience in Mental Health care, including assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Demonstrated skills in Clinical Supervision, including mentoring trainees, reviewing cases, and ensuring ethical and qualified practice.
- Valid RCI license as a Clinical Psychologist ( MPhil/ Psy D)
- Experience delivering remote instruction or telepsychology services, with comfort using digital platforms securely and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to non-discriminatory, client-centered care.
- Prior experience in academic teaching, training, or workshop facilitation in psychology or mental health is highly beneficial.
