Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of AR Callers to achieve daily targets and improve overall performance.

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve denials, billing issues, and patient queries.

- Develop and implement strategies to reduce denial rates, increase collections, and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Monitor team metrics, identify areas for improvement, and provide feedback to individual members.

Job Requirements :

- 5-10 years of experience in US Healthcare industry with expertise in AR Calling (ARC) process.

- Solid knowledge of accounts receivable caller activities, including denial management and handling.

- Excellent team leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a high-performing team.

- Proven track record of achieving targets related to accounts receivable collection.
