Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare BOQ, quantity estimation and cost analysis.

- Handle project billing, client billing and rate analysis.

- Prepare project schedules and work plans.

- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly project progress.

- Track project costs, timelines and deadlines.

- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors and project managers.

- Prepare progress reports and project documentation.

- Identify project delays and suggest corrective actions.

- Plan manpower, materials and other project resources.

- Verify subcontractor bills and measurements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

- Experience in Quantity Surveying and Project Planning.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel and MS Project.

- Knowledge of Primavera P6 is an added advantage.

- Strong knowledge of BOQ, estimation, billing and scheduling.

- Positive communication, coordination and analytical skills.

- Experience in construction projects preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
