Job Overview

We are looking for a knowledgeable and confident Quantity Surveyor who can combine practical construction industry knowledge with strong client-facing and presentation skills.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding quantity surveying processes, construction estimation, BOQ preparation, and project cost management while primarily handling product demonstrations of IntoAEC.ai to prospective clients.

This role requires someone who can understand real-world construction challenges, communicate effectively with clients, and demonstrate how our software can simplify and improve their construction management workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Quantity Surveying & Construction Knowledge

- Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs), quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
- Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Understand material estimation, rate analysis, cost planning, and measurement procedures.
- Have practical knowledge of construction project workflows and quantity surveying practices.
- Understand the challenges faced by contractors, project managers, and construction professionals.

Client Demonstrations & Product Presentation

- Conduct online and in-person product demonstrations of IntoAEC.ai for prospective clients.
- Explain the software's features, functionalities,



and benefits using practical construction industry examples.
- Demonstrate how the platform can address common challenges in construction project management.
- Understand client requirements and tailor product demonstrations to their business needs.
- Confidently handle client queries and explain technical and functional aspects of the product.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and product discussions.
- Coordinate with the internal product and development teams to communicate client feedback and requirements.

Client Engagement & Product Support

- Build strong professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Assist clients in understanding product workflows and functionalities.
- Support product onboarding and basic user training wherever required.
- Gather client feedback and identify opportunities for product improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying or the construction industry.
- Robust knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, estimation, and cost management.




- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence in conducting product demonstrations and interacting with clients.
- Valuable proficiency in MS Excel and construction-related software/tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, understandable manner.
- Willingness to learn and understand construction technology and SaaS products.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working with contractors, construction consultants, or project management teams.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, CostX, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar QS tools.
- Previous experience in client presentations, product demonstrations, technical sales, or customer onboarding.
- Exposure to construction management software or SaaS platforms.
- Experience interacting with international clients would be an added advantage.
