WE ARE HIRING QS ENGINEER for our sister concern Sachin Hitech Industries Pvt Ltd (SHIP), a company specializing in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) .

Role & responsibilities

Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, estimates, and cost calculations for PEB & structural steel projects.

- Prepare and verify client RA bills, subcontractor bills, and measurement sheets.
- Prepare rate analysis, variation statements, and quantity reconciliation.
- Monitor project quantities, material consumption, and wastage.
- Coordinate with Project, Design, Production, Site, Purchase & Accounts teams for accurate billing.
- Verify and certify subcontractor measurements and bills.
- Prepare monthly billing reports, measurement records, and supporting documents.
- Track additional works, deviations, variations, and claims.

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Engineering.

- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in QS, Billing, Estimation, or Quantity Surveying.
- Experience in PEB / Structural Steel / Construction / Engineering Projects will be preferred.
