Role: Process Quality Engineer - Chiller QC

About the role:

Established Quality Assurance professional. Influences process and planning decisions with knowledge and explanations of Quality Assurance policies, practices, and procedures.

Job Responsibility:

- Process quality job role of maintaining highest level of quality through patrol quality,
- Execution of daily Quality checklist to ensure all processes in place.
- Process audit ensuring correctness of data capturing on each Quality Gate.
- Non-confirming material management process.
- Data compilation of process Quality and MIS
- Following QAPs and certifying processes.
- Problem solving for Defects identified on assembly lines and monitoring, drive Q circles
- Process improvement projects resulting in Quality product.
- Issue of Test certificates to customers as per requirement
- Executes Quality Assurance project plans and processes to ensure overall quality is continuously improving.




- Reviews and makes recommendations for Quality Assurance plans, guidelines, policies, and processes to ensure the achievement of Quality targets.
- Provides production process analysis, ensuring quality standards are met and making recommendations for quality improvements.
- Conducts collection and analysis of quality information for the development of quality strategy and programs.
- Reviews and analyzes quality improvement processes to ensure on-going reductions in Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and escapes.

Qualification & Skill:

- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, Production Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Typically, 4 to 8 years of experience in HVAC, chiller manufacturing, or related engineering operations.
- Experience in Process quality.
- Positive coordination and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
