JD : Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance & Quality Control

- Develop, implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 standards.
- Prepare and implement Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and quality procedures.
- Establish quality standards and ensure compliance across all ongoing projects.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections at project sites.

Site Quality Management
- Monitor civil, structural, finishing and MEP-related construction activities.
- Ensure quality of construction materials through testing and inspection.
- Verify that construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications and technical standards.
- Identify quality deviations and initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, test certificates and audit documentation.
- Prepare and monitor Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors and vendors for quality-related matters.
- Prepare periodic quality performance reports for management.

Team Management
- Lead and supervise the quality control team across project sites.
- Conduct quality awareness sessions and technical training for site engineers and contractors.




- Ensure timely resolution of quality-related issues.
- Coordinate with project, planning, execution and design departments.

Project Handover
- Ensure quality checks before project handover.
- Monitor snagging and de-snagging activities.
- Ensure closure of pending quality observations and documentation.
- Maintain handover quality standards and customer satisfaction.

1. Required Skills & Competencies

- Robust knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
- Expertise in construction quality audits and inspections.
- Knowledge of civil construction materials and testing procedures.
- Experience in preparing PQP, ITPs, NCRs and CAPA reports.
- Strong understanding of structural, finishing and MEP quality standards.
- Excellent coordination, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project sites independently.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.

1. Preferred Experience

- 8–12 years of experience in quality management within real estate or construction.
- Experience handling high-rise residential and commercial projects.
- Proven experience in implementing quality systems at project sites.
- Experience in managing quality teams and coordinating with consultants and contractors.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
