Title:- Quality Engineer - EOT Crane

Experience:- 3 to 5 Years of experience

Location:- Charholi, Pune Maharashtra.

:-

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems of EOT, HOT, and gantry cranes.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of crane electrical equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in motors, brakes, contactors, relays, and control panels.
- Maintain and repair LT panels, MCC panels, pendant stations, and radio remote-control systems.
- Work on crane travel, cross-travel, and hoist electrical circuits.
- Inspect and maintain festoon systems, DSL busbar systems, cable reels, and power supply arrangements.
- Check and troubleshoot VFDs, soft starters, limit switches, proximity sensors, and overload protection systems.
- Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams, circuit diagrams, and control schematics.
- Assist in crane installation, electrical wiring, testing, and commissioning.
- Inspect electrical connections,



earthing, cable insulation, and control circuits.
- Maintain electrical maintenance records and report recurring faults.
- Coordinate with mechanical maintenance and service teams for crane repairs.
- Follow electrical safety procedures, lockout/tagout (LOTO), and plant safety requirements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
